Factor Analysis of the Correlation between the Main Agronomic Characters and Yield of Photoperiod-sensitive Sorghum-sudangrass Hybrids Cultivated by Different Dibbling Modes

摘要

Abstract

To find the main agronomic characters which would affect the yield,3 types of photoperiod-sensitive sorghum-sudangrass hybrids,Monster,BJM and Big kahuna,were planted by 3 dibbling methods,no tillage without mulching,tillage without mulching and tillage with plastic mulching in the dry farming area of the loess plateau in Longdong,and the factor analysis of the correlation between 8 main agronomic characters and yield was done. The results showed that the factors affecting yield were different in each mode,the yield was positively correlated with plant height(X1),section number(X3),leaf number(X4)and tiller number(X8)by no tillage without mulching;positively correlated with stem diameter(X2),plant weight(X5)and stem weight(X7),and negatively correlated with plant height(X1)and section number(X3)by tillage without mulching; at the same time,the yield was just positively correlated with leaf number(X4)and tiller number(X8)while the correlation between yield and plant height is not clear by tillage with plastic mulching. In the meantime,the main characteristics of photoperiod-sensitive sorghum-sudangrass hybrids included a thicker stem,a higher yield of single plant,and lower tillering,etc.,and BJM was more consistent with these features than the others. As a conclusion,when photoperiod-sensitive sorghum-sudangrass hybrids were planted in the dry farming area of the loess plateau in Longdong,a more robust variety dibbled with tilling would be chosen and the higher yield would be gotten.
