环孢霉素滴眼液联合人工泪液治疗角结膜干燥症患者的临床研究

Abstract
Objective To research the clinical effect of cyclosporine eye drops combined with artificial tears in the treatment of patients with keratoconjunctivitis sicca and the effect on lactoferrin lacrimal.Methods Eighty patients with lactoferrin lacrimal were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each group 40 cases.Control group was treated with polyvinyl alcohol eye drops,tid,1 drop each time.Treatment group was treated with cyclosporine eye drops on the basis of control group,tid,1 drop per time.Both groups were treatment for 8 weeks.Lactin,Schirmer Ⅰ test (SIT),break up time (BUT),fluorescence staining (FS) score and adverse drug reactions in two group were compared.Results After treatment,lactoferrin of treatment group and control group were (1.72 ±0.22) and (1.57 ±0.18)g · L-1,SIT were(13.60 ± 1.90) mm/5 min and (11.65 ± 1.18) mm/5 min,BUT were (8.86 ± 1.22) and (7.59±1.11) s,the FS scores were (0.87 ± 0.10) and (1.43 ±0.21) points,all with significant difference (all P ＜ 0.05).There were 3 cases of mild hyperemia,2 cases of eye irritation in treatment group,with the incidence of 12.50％ (5 cases/40 cases).There were 3 cases of transient visual acuity in control group,with the incidence of 7.50％ (3 cases/40 cases),with no significant difference between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Effect of cyclosporine eye drops combined with artificial tears in the treatment of keratoconjunctivitis sicca is great,can iccrease levels of tear lactoferrin,improve the tear environment.关键词
