Advance in search for the regulation mechanism of cytochrome P450 3A4 expression
摘要
Abstract
The expression of cytochrome P450 3A4 shows a strong indi vidual specificity,which causes complex drug interactions.Therefore,a clear expression of the regulation mechanism of CYP3A4 is of great significance to guide the clinical rational use of drugs.This article reviewed the mechanism of CYP3A4 regulation,including pre-transcriptional,post-transcriptional and posttranslational modification.关键词
