摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the prescription of off-label drug use in our outpatient.Methods Collecting the prescription of off-label drug use in our outpatient from January 1,2016 to June 30,2016,including the use of ultra-adaptation and ultra-usage.Statistical analysis was conducted by Note Express and Excel.Results and conclusion There were 7 kinds of off-label drug use in our outpatient,involving 5 kinds of drugs:Xiao Jinpian was used to epididymitis and herpes zoster (Unreasonable);Thalidomide Tablets for oral ulcer and oral lichen planus (Reasonable);Qingpeng ointment for psoriasis (Reasonable);Montmorillonite powder for children with hand,foot and mouth disease (Unreasonable);Inhalation of recombinant human interferon α1 β injection in the treatment of children with bronchitis and upper respiratory tract infection(Reasonable).关键词
