肿瘤患者化疗后医院感染的危险因素及耐药性分析
Analysis of status and risk factors of hospital infection in tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy

Abstract
Objective To analyze the status and risk factors of hospital infection in tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 725 tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy in our hospital were chosen.The sputum,urine,stool,blood and other parts of the tumor patients after chemotherapy were sampled,and the pathogens were isolated and cultured to remove duplicate colonies of the same patient.Drug susceptibility tests were performed by the K-B paper agar diffusion method,and the risk factors of infection were analyzed.Results There were 75 cases of infection,the hospital infection rate was 10.34％ (75 cases/725 cases).The most common infection site was respiratory tract,followed by digestive tract,urinary tract,reproductive system,and skin.The risk factors of infection included the age of patients,the combination of other diseases,the long time of chemotherapy,the prevention of antibiotics,invasive operation and so on.Conclusion Patients with cancer chemotherapy are in high risk groups of infection,and positive measures should be taken to control the infection.关键词
