Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical characteristics of hepatic veno-occlusive disease (HVOD).Methods To analyze the biochemical indexes,coagulation function,blood flow velocity of patients with HVOD.Results In 59 cases of HVOD,40 patients were men,19 patients were women,and the median age was (62.71 ± 11.00) years old.The administration of gynura segetum includes decoction (22 cases),bubbling wine (26 cases),and pulverizing powder (11 cases).The duration of drug use was from 1 day to 3 years.The onset time of illness was from 1 week to 3 years after using drug.The time from onset to hospitalizing was between 10 days to 4 months.There were 28 cases of thrombin time extension,23 cases of fibrinogen reduction,46 cases of blood platelet count decreasion,40 cases of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase increasion,52 cases of total bilirubin elevation.32 patients had complete abdominal B hyperflow velocity data,and the blood flow rate of the portal vein and splenic vein decreased.25 patients were treated with anticoagulant therapy and 32 patients were treated with the treatment of transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic stent-shunt (TIPS) if the illness does not answer to 15 days of anticoagulant therapy.In another case,the anticoagulant therapy was invalid and the liver transplantation was needed.One case of the patient was not anticoagulant therapy.Conclusion The most prominent clinical manifestation of HVOD is portal hypertension.Laboratory inspection revealed patients' significantly hepatic impairment,and the reduced blood flow velocity of portal vein and splenic vein.The effective treatment methods for HVOD are anticoa-gulation and TIPS,which could make the most of the patients with HVOD benefit.关键词
