Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effect of ultrasound guided mammotome minimally invasive surgery and conventional breast tumor resection in the treatment of benign breast tumor. Methods 188 patients with benign breast tumor in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 94 cases in each group. The observation group with mammotome minimally invasive surgery treatment, the control group using conventional breast tumor resection.The bleeding volume, operative time, postoperative healing time, scar size (three months after the operation) and postoperative complications (including wound infection, hematoma, fever, and breast deformation) between the two groups were compared. Results The length of operation, the amount of bleeding, the time of healing, the size of scar and the incidence of complications in the observation group were all lower than those of the control group, the Differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Mammotome minimally invasive surgical treatment of benign breast tumor patients can shorten operation time, reduce bleeding, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, have a good cosmetic effect, does not affect the shape of the breast, it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
