自制支架矫正乳头内陷36例临床效果分析
Clinical Analysis of Nipple Inversion Treated with Tractor:36 Cases
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the nipple tractor in the treatment of nipple inversion. Methods The clinical data of 36 patients of nipple inversion were retrospectively analyzed,used a syringe to guide wire to cross at the root of the nipple,to form a continuous pulling force on the inverted nipple. Through long-term follow-up, we observed the clinical effects and complications, and analyzed the effect of self-made stent in correcting inverted nipples. Results The result in all the patients was satisfactory after following -up for 6-8 months,There was no recurrence of inflammation in this group of plasma cell mastitis. Conclusion The nipple tractor is an ideal method in nipple inversion treatment. Non-lactating mastitis stability is not a taboo to correct the nipple.关键词
