One-step Surgery Combined with Modified Local Sliding Myocutaneous Flap for Small to Medium-sized Divided Nevus of the Eyelids

Abstract
Objective To explore the postoperative outcome of the modified surgery for divided nevus of the eyelids. Methods Patients who suffered from divided nevus of eyelids were recruited to this study from December 2016 to November 2017. All lesions were small to medium-sized (less than 20cm in diameter). The excision of lesions and repair of the defects were completed by one time in all patients. Results There were 20 cases in this group, 19 cases(95.00%) were excellent, one case(5.00%) was good. All patients achieved satisfactory repair effect on the basis of ensuring the normal eyelid function. Conclusion The one-step surgery approach combining the modified excision of lesions and reconstruction with local sliding myocutaneou flap is a reasonable treatment strategy, which can achieve satisfactory cosmetic and functional results for small to medium-sized (less than 20cm in diameter) divided nevus of eyelid.关键词
