Abstract
Objective To explore the application of oral implant repair in dentition defect and the effect on dental plaque and periodontal pocket index. Methods A total of 86 patients with dentition defect were enrolled in our hospital from June 2015 to November 2016. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the lottery method. The control group was given routine repair treatment, the experimental group to give oral implant repair treatment. To observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment, the correlation index score, plaque index and periodontal pocket depth and post-treatment complication rate before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the effective rate was higher than that of the control group , the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the scores of the two groups were significantly improved, and the scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the control group higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of the two groups were significantly (P<0.05). the plaque index and periodontal pocket depth of the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group , the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); the complication rate was significantly lower than in the control group , the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The Oral implants repair used in the treatment of patients with dentition defect have higher clinical curative effect, can significantly reduce the plaque index and periodontal pocket depth, with good aesthetic results and low incidence of complications,worthy of clinical promotion and use.关键词
