摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of immediate implant on anterior dental implant and its aesthetic significance. Methods Forty patients who going to receive anterior implant immediate implantation in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the research aubjects. The changes of PIS index and modified red aesthetics index were observed before and after immediate implantation. Results All the 40 patients 40 anterior teeth implants in this study had bone combination without loosening phenomenon, and combined firmly with surrounding bone, the repair success rate was 100%. There were no significant differences in the PIS index and the modified red aesthetics index before and after immediate implantation (P>0.05). Conclusion Immediate implantation for patients with anterior implant can achieve good repair effect, and has no significant effect on soft tissue aesthetics effect, which has better application results.关键词
