不同年龄腭部软硬组织厚度的CBCT研究
Thickness Analysis of the Hard and Soft Tissue in Palate of Different Ages with Cone-Beam Computed Tomography

Abstract
Objective To investigate the thickness of the palatal bone、cortical bone and mucosa ,and disscuss the influence of age factor on the thickness of palate,for purposes of miniscrew placement. Methods A cone-beam computed tomography was obtained from 90 patients they were equally divided into three groups based on the ages(adolescent,young,middle-aged). Palatal bone、cortical bone and mucosa thickness were measured at midpalatal suture and paramedian region,compared the mean measurements among the three groups.The datas were statistically analyzed. Results The mean palatal bone thickness measurements between the young and middle-age had no statistically significant,but compared with the other two groups the adolescant group had a lower measurement,and the difference was statistically significant.The maxinum value of all the three groups was 3mm bilaterally the suture,and the 6mm region was the smallest.The mean palatal cortical bone thickness measurements of the young and middle-aged groups had no statistically significant,the adolescant group mean measurement was lower and the differences were statistically significant.The palatal cortical bone thickness measurements at all sites evaluated in all three groups were greater than 1mm. The mean palatal mucosa thickness measurements of different ages had no statistically significant,the value decreased from anterior to posterion regions and increased from median to lateral. Conclusion With regard to adolescent patients most suitable areas for implanting miniscrew in palate are located 4mm posterior to the incisive foramen,in the paramedian regions 3mm and 9mm .For adult patients the appropriate areas for miniscrew also be the suture.关键词
