负压引流时间对腮腺术后并发症发生的影响分析
Influence of Negative Pressure Drainage Time on Postoperative Complications in Parotid Gland

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of negative pressure drainage on the prevention of postoperative parotid gland complications by negative pressure drainage in parotid surgery. Methods 62 patients with unilateral parotid gland disease were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into A, B and C groups according to the time of negative pressure drainage on days 3, 5 and 7. The postoperative salivary fluid retention,hemorrhage and swelling and other complications do evaluation analysis, the use of chi-square test analysis of parotid negative pressure drainage time and the occurrence of complications. Results Parotid negative pressure drainage after 3d, 5d and 7d the incidence of complications were 22.22%, 4.54% and 4.54% (P<0.05). Conclusion Negative pressure drainage after parotid surgery for more than 5 d, can effectively reduce postoperative salivary fluid retention, hematuria and swelling and other complications, and reduce the patient's pain.关键词
