DISCUSSION ON METALLOGENIC MECHANISM AND ORE-SEARCHING PROSPECT FOR MOLYBDENUM-POLYMETALLIC DEPOSIT IN TAYUAN-XINZHANGFANG AREA

摘要

Abstract

Based on regional tectonic setting and distribution of the known copper-molybdenum deposits,the time and space distribution of Cu-Mo deposits in the area were summerized.These deposits were classified into three ma-jor genetic types:porphyry,hydrothermal vein and skarn type.And on the basis of times of deposits,our discussion was focused on the possible tectonic settings of the Da HinganLing Cu-Mo deposits.Finally,a comprehensive as-sessment of the prospecting potential in this region was made.The potential deposits were porphyry Mo deposits of Yanshanian and Indosinianin the Xilamulun river molybdenum metallogeneticalbelt,hydrothermal vein and porphyry Cu(Mo)deposits of Yanshanian in the southern DaHingan range Cu-Mo metallogeneticalbelt,the Early Paleozoic porphyry Cu and Mesozoic porphyry and skarn type Cu deposits in the northern Da Hinganrange Cu-Mo metalloge-neticalbelt,and porphyry Cu-Mo deposits related with Mesozoic hypabyssal porphyry in the Ergun Cu-Mo metalloge-neticalbelt.
