硅铝热法冶炼钼铁炉料热效应的探讨OACSTPCD
RESEARCH ON THE THERMAL EFFECT OF SMELTING MOLYBDENUM IRON FOR THE UNIT FURNACE CHARGE WITH SILICONS-ALUMINOTHERMY
本文对冶炼FeMo62钼铁的单位炉料热效应进行了试验,试验结果表明:最佳热效应为2379.76 kJ/kg炉料,且在配料时添加石灰,能够确保冶炼试验顺利进行,生产工艺可控,质量稳定,钼的回收率相应较高.
The thermal effect of FeMo62 molybdenum iron smelting was tested.The results show that its best heat effect was 2379.76 kJ/kg furnace charge,and lime adding could ensure the smooth operation of the smelting test, controllable smelting production process,stable quality,higher molybdenum recovery rate.
