摘要

Abstract

To explore the effect of recovering wilted elm by microbial organic fertilizer, 4 fertilization treatments were set up, including no fertilizer (B1), microbial organic fertilizer (T1), conventional organic fertilizer (T2), and chemical fertilizer (T3). To guarantee the equal contents of N, P, K in soil, conventional ecological fertilizer (main component is crop straw) was used to modulate soil before the 4 fertilization treatment experiment. Soil microbial population was detected at the 0, 7th, 14th, 21st, 28thand 40thday, respectively,and the growth condition of wilted plant was observed as well.The results showed that microbial organic fertilizer could increase microbial population in soil obviously, the microbial population was further increased with the prolonging of reaction time,the maximal quantity was 100×109cfu/g.Enormous functional microorganism enhanced carbon conversion ratio of plant, complex strains and growth factors of microbial organic fertilizer could prevent and mitigate typical soil-borne diseases, such as bacterial wilt, root rot, fusarium wilt and phytophthora blight,as well as had significant effect on the recovery of wilted elm.
