Abstract
Objective To investigate the color Doppler ultrasound features with different molecular subtypes of breast cancer, and explore the characteristics of ultrasonic images. Method From March 2015 to September 2017, the medical records of 100 patients with breast cancer confirmed by pathology in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, according to the results of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR), human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (HER-2) and Ki67 detected by immunohistochemical method, they were divided into Luminal A subtype, Luminal B subtype, HER-2 over-expressing subtype and triple-negative breast cancer, and all the patients were detected with color Doppler ultrasound before surgery. Result There were significant differences in the lesion diameter, margin, internal calcification, abnormal lymph node and blood flow signal in different molecular types of breast cancer patients (P<0.05), but there were no significant differences in morphology, rear features and resistance index (RI) (P>0.05). The pathological types of Luminal A breast cancer were significantly different from those of other molecular subtypes (P < 0.05). Luminal A subtype was mainly ductal carcinoma in sutu, while Luminal B, HER-2 amplified and triple negative subtype were maily invasive ductal cancinoma. Conclusion Different molecular subtypes of breast cancer have certain different color Doppler ultrasound features, which helps clinicians better predict the molecular subtypes of breast cancer and achieve the goals of early diagnosis and treatment.关键词
