NeuViz 128型CT颈部增强图像质量与辐射剂量的比较评估
Comparative study of image quality and radiation dose of NeuViz 128 CT CT on neck enhanced scan

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the difference of image quality and radiation dose between Neusoft NeuViz 128 CT and GE HD750 CT for neck enhanced scan with the similar scan parameters by using comparative study. Methods: The patients whose the range of Body Mass Index (BMI) was 18.5~24.9 Kg/m2were divided into observation group (60 cases who received scan by using Neusoft NeuViz 128 CT) and control group (60 cases who received scan by using GE HD750). And the signal noise ratio (SNR), contrast noise ratio (CNR), standard deviation (SD) of CT value of subcutaneous fat, CT dose index volume (CTDIvol), dose length product (DLP), effective dose (ED) and subjective image quality scores of arteria carotis communis and jugular vein between the two groups were analyzed under the same scan conditions. Results: For the arterial phase images, the SNR, CNR and SD of observation group and control group were (42.70±15.75) and (51.34±15.32), (35.60±14.62) and (42.35±13.66), and (7.64±1.94) and (7.13±2.07), respectively, and the differences of these indicators between the two groups were no significant (t=-1.854, t=-1.607, t=0.833, P>0.05). For the venous phase, the SNR, CNR and SD of observation group and control group were (24.25±9.34) and (27.03±8.54), (16.46±7.48) and (16.63±6.33), and (7.71±1.91) and (7.09±1.56), respectively, and the differences of these indicators between the two groups also were no significant (t=-1.038, t=-0.086, t=1.192, P>0.05). And the difference of CTDIvolbetween observation group (12.4±0.00) and control group (13.52±0.25) were significant (Z=-1.725, P<0.05). And the DLP of the two groups were (373.42±14.00) and (372.73±17.55), respectively, and the ED of the two groups were (2.20±0.08) and (2.19±0.11), respectively. And the differences both of DLP and ED between the two groups were no significant (t=0.17, t=0.593, P>0.05). Besides, the subjective image quality scores of the two groups were (4.57±0.50) and (4.63±0.48), respectively, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (Z=-1.523, P>0.05). Conclusion: The same image quality and same radiation dose of neck enhanced scan can be obtained from Neusoft NeuViz 128 CT and GE HD750 CT under the similar condition.关键词
