质量控制技术联合物联网应用技术在区域性煎药中心的应用研究
An application research of quality control technique combined with internet of things in regional decoction center

Abstract
Objective: To explore the application prospect and social value of quality control technique combined with the internet of things in regional decoction center of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Methods: The current problems in regional decoction center for TCM were analyzed. And faced to these problems, the quality control techniques combined with internet of things were operated to construct informatization management system of regional decoction center. And then, the framework, basic functions, technical requirements and guiding principle of constructing system were discussed in detail. Results: According to the concept of 'wisdom decoction', the informatization management system of regional decoction center, that constructed from quality control technique combined with internet of things, could resolve series of problems included procrastination, conflicts between doctors and patients, the lower quality of persons who replaced patients to operate decoction, old-fashioned equipment, disunity management and so on. And then, the satisfaction of patients increased gradually, and it increased from 52% of 2016 to 83% of 2017, and the difference of satisfactions between the two years was significant (x2=21.903, P<0.05). At the same time, the error rate of decoction decreased from 17% of 2016 to 3% of 2017, and the difference of error rate between the two years was significant (x2=10.889, P<0.05). Conclusion: It's very important that the quality control technique combined with the Internet of things in constructing the decoction service system of informatization.关键词
