天麻钩藤饮对轻型颅脑损伤患者脑保护作用的临床研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Tianma goutent drink in treatment of patients with mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI).Methods Seventy three patients with mild traumatic brain injury admitted in our hospital from November 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,all patients were treated with conventional medicine (oryzanol 10mg+piracetam tablet 0.8,t i d),the study group received additional Tianma Gouteng drink for 2 weeks.Serum S-100 β,IL-6 and TNF-αlevels were measured;and SCAT-2 and SAC scores were evaluated before and 3,7,10,14d after treatment.Results The serum S-100 β,IL-6 and TNF-α levels were reduced after treatment in both groups;while the serum levels in study group were declined more markedly than those in control group.SCAT-2 and SAC scores in study group were higher than those in control group at all time points.The condition of patients was improved more significantly than that in control group.Conclusion Tianma Gouteng drink can reduce the inflammatory reaction and protect the cerebral function in patients with mild traumatic brain injury.关键词
