抗苗勒氏管激素水平测定对不同年龄段育龄期女性心血管疾病风险的预测价值
Association of serum anti-Mullerian hormone level with cardiovascular disease risk in reproductive age women

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) level and the cardiovascular disease risk in reproductive age women.Methods Two hundred regularly-cycling women aged 25-45 years visiting Department of Reproductive Endocrinology Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital were enrolled.The serum anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) levels were measured,and its relationship with cardio-metabolic risk factors was analyzed.Results Serum AMH levels were correlated with TC(β=2.72,P＜0.05),LDL-C(β =2.61,P＜0.05),ApoB (β=2.73,P＜0.05) and LPA(β=2.26,P＜0.05) in women aged 25-35 years,while not correlated with HDL-C,ApoA1and fasting plasma glucose (all P ＞0.05).And there was no significant correlation of AMH with all above risk factors in women age from 36-45 years (all P ＞0.05).Conclusion AMH may provide reference for evaluate the early cardiovascular disease risk in reproductive age women.关键词
