非小细胞肺癌患者外周血中miRNA-4286表达的临床意义

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of miRNA-4286 in peripheral blood of patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its clinical significance.Methods Thirty one patients with NSCLC (NSCLC group),20 patients with benign lung tumor (benign control group) and 21 healthy subjects (normal control group) were enrolled in the study.The expression levels of miRNA-4286 in peripheral blood were detected by quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR),and presented as △ cycle threshold (△ CT) (△ CT=CTreference-CTtarget gene).Results The expression level (△ CT) in peripheral blood of miRNA-4286 was-15.423 ± 3.631 in NSCLC group before operation and-11.179 ± 1.296 one week after operation;-9.014 ± 0.995 in benign control group and-9.459 ± 1.019 in normal control group.There were a significant differences in NSCLC group before and after treatment(t=-13.598,P＜0.05),between NSCLC group before treatment and benign control group (t=-16.032,P＜9.95),between NSCLC group before treatment and normal control group (t=-14.021,P ＜0.05).Conclusion The expression level of miRNA-4286 in peripheral blood is significantly lower in patients with NSCLC than that of benign tumors and healthy subjects,and it is increased after operation in NSCLC patients,which suggests that down-regulation of miRNA-4286 may be associated with the development of NSCLC.关键词
