缺血修饰蛋白对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的诊断价值
Diagnostic value of ischemia modified albumin in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hyponea syndrome

Abstract
Objective To determine the diagnostic value of ischemia modified albumin (IMA) in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS).Methods A total of 108 patients with clinically suspicious OSAHS were enrolled.All cases underwent whole-night polysomnographic (PSG) monitoring.Serum IMA levels were detected at 19:00 of d1 and 7:00 of d2,respectively.Results The IMA levels of the OSAHS group both at 7:00 and 19:00 were significantly higher than those in the control group (both P＜0.01).The IMA levels of the OSAHS group at 7:00 was higher than that of IMA at 19:00 (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in IMA levels between the control group at 7:00 and 19:00 (P ＞0.05).IMA levels at 7:00 and 19:00were both positively correlated with apnea hyponea index (AHI) (r=0.681 and 0.583,both P＜0.01).when the cut-off threshold derived from the ROC curve was determined to be 70.26U/L at 7:00,the sensitivity and specificity in diagnosis of OSAHS were 0.84 and 0.78,respectively.Conclusion IMA may be a valuable serological indicator for diagnosis of OSAHS.关键词
