摘要
Abstract
Inflammasomes are cytosolic multi-protein platforms and assembled in response to invading pathogens and other danger sig-nals.They guard the host robustly from the assault of microbial pathogens and endogenous danger signals. However, abnormal activation of NLRP3 inflammasome can cause chronic inflammation and even oncogenesis. NLRP3 inflammasome is by far the most thoroughly studied. It has been widely implicated in the development and progression of various chronic diseases. This review mainly introduces the role of NLRP3 inflammasome in inflammarory bowel disease and colitis-assosicated cancer, relevant prevention, and treatment measurement based on in-flammasomes.关键词
