阿德福韦酯联合顺铂对肝癌合并肝硬化患者不良反应的影响
Effects of Adefovir Combined with Cisplatin on Adverse Reactions of Patients with Hepatocellular Carcinoma and Liver Cirrhosis

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of adefovir combined with cisplatin in the treatment of patients with hepatocellular carci-noma and liver cirrhosis. Methods 140 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and liver cirrhosis treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study, and were randomly divided into the study group and the control group. Patients in the study group were treated with adefovir combined with cisplatin, and those in the control group were treated with adefovir. Results The adverse reaction rate of patients of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the test results between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). The test results of the patients of the study group after treatment were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The liver function indicators of patients between two groups had no significant difference before treat-ment (P>0.05). After treatment, the liver function indicators of patients were improved in both two groups, but they improved greater in study group than in control group. The treatment efficiency of patients in the study group was significantly higher than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of adefovir and cisplatin for hepatocellular carcinoma with liver cirrhosis could effectively relieve the patients' pain and the adverse reaction.关键词
