Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of nuclearrelated factor 2(Nrf-2) and remodeling and spacing fac-tor 1(Rsf-1) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods Tumor tissues of 72 patients with NSCLC were selected as NSCLC group), the adjacent tissues (>5 cm) were selected as the control group, immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Nrf-2 and Rsf-1 protein. Results The positive expression rate of Nrf-2 protein in NSCLC group was 41.67%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), while the positive expression of Rsf-2 protein was 77.78%, significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); The positive expression rate of Nrf-2 protein in patients with stage Ⅱ~Ⅲ, moderately low differentiation and lymph node metastasis were 21.43%, 22.73% and 25.71%, which were significantly lower than that of patients with stage Ⅱ~Ⅱ, high differentiation and without lymph node metastasis (P<0.05), while the positive expression rate of Rsf-1 protein in patients with stage Ⅱ~Ⅲ, moderately low differentiation and lymph node metastasis were 92.86%, 90.91% and 97.14%, which were significantly higher than that of patients with stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ, high differentiation and without lymph node metastasis (P<0.05); Nrf-2 was negatively correlated with Rsf-1 protein expres-sion (rs=-0.256, P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of Nrf-2 protein is down regulated in lung cancer tissues, and the expression of Rsf-1 protein is increased, which may play a role in the development of lung cancer.关键词
