腹腔热灌注化疗联合维拉帕米治疗恶性盆腔肿瘤的疗效分析
Analysis of the Efficacy of Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy Combined with Verapamil in the Treatment of Malignant Pelvic Tumors

Abstract
Objective To analyze the curative effect of hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy combined with verapamil in the treat-ment of malignant pelvic tumors. Methods In our hospital, 80 patients with malignant pelvic tumors were randomly divided into control group and research group, each group with 40 patients. The patients in control group were given hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy, and patients in the research group were added with verapamil treatment on the basis of control group. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups, as well as the adverse reactions, the quality of life and survival time. Results The clinical treatment ef-fect of the research group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the research group than in the control group (P<0.05). At the same time, after treatment, the quality of life of the patients was significantly higher in the research group than in the control group (P<0.05), and the survival time was significantly longer in the research group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of combined verapamil and hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy has significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of malignant pelvic tumors. It can significantly improve the patient's quality of life, prolong the survival time, so it is worth of clinical promoted application.关键词
