癌痛规范化治疗对患者癌痛临床疗效的影响
The Clinical Efficacy of Cancer Pain Standardized Treatment for Cancer Patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of standardized treatment of cancer pain. Methods 80 cancer patients in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment plan, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment, the observation group was treated with standard-ized treatment of cancer pain, the clinical efficacy of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The NRS score of two groups before treatment had no significant difference (P>0.05), which were improved after treatment, and improved greater in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05); there were no differences in NRS score, pain score and the understanding of cancer pain of the two groups of patients before treatment (P>0.05), but all were improved after treatment,and improved greater in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion the standardized treatment of cancer pain is helpful to alleviate the cancer pain and improve the understanding of cancer pain.关键词
