培美曲塞维持治疗对培美曲塞联合顺铂化疗后非小细胞肺癌患者的临床疗效

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of pemetrexed maintenance following combination of pemetrexed and cisplatin chemotherapy for the patients with non-small cell lung cancer and its relationship with VEGF and MMP9 expression level. Methods A total of 50 patients with stage Ⅲ B-Ⅳ non-small cell lung cancer were enrolled into study. They were randomly divided into two groups. In the experiment group, 25 patients were treated with pemetrexed combined with cisplatin as first line treatment, and followed with maintenance of pemetrexed at every cycle. In the control group, the 25 patients were treated with pemetrexed combined with csiplatin. The expressions of VEGF and MMP9 before and after the treatment were detected and its relationship with the clinical efficacy of the treatment was stud-ied. Results The disease control rate of the experiment group was 92.0%, and was significantly higher than that of control group (P=0.034). The PFS of the experiment and control group were 7.31 months (95% CI: 4.21~7.35) and 4.62 months (95% CI: 3.98~5.07) respectively, showing statistical difference (P<0.05). The expressions of VEGF and MMP9 of the experiment group were (527.61±35.67) pg·mL-1and (732.19±63.07) ng·mL-1respectively, and both were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Pemetrexed maintenance after the combination treatment of pemetrexed and cisplatin for patients with non-small cell lung cancer can control the disease progression and prolong PFS. The expressions of VEGF and MMP9 can reflect the clinical efficacy of the treatment.关键词
