摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect and its regulation of immunoglobulins of As2O3combined with all-trans retinoic acid in the treatment of acute leukemia children after transfusion. Methods 160 children with acute leukemia after transfusion were enrolled in this study in our hospital between Oct 2013 and Oct 2017. The effect of As2O3combined with all-trans retinoic acid in the treatment of acute leukemia children after transfusion and its regulation of immunoglobulin were assayed. Acute leukemia children in the control group were given As2O3or all-trans retinoic acid. Results As2O3combined with all-trans retinoic acid showed better effect on acute leukemia children than As2O3or all-trans retinoic acid alone with statistical differences (P<0.05). And the concentrations of IgA, IgM, Caspase3, and Cas-pase9 were decreased greatly after As2O3combined with all-trans retinoic acid treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion As2O3combined with all-trans retinoic acid is effective for the treatment of acute leukemia children after transfusion and can regulate immunoglobulin concentration.
