摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze fasting blood glucose (FBG) and TCM syndrome before and after chemotherapy for 122 patients with lung cancer by using data mining methods, and to study the relationship of age, sex, pathology, treatment regimen with the fasting blood glu-cose level and the TCM syndrome in patients. Methods Fasting blood glucose test results and clinical data of 122 patients with lung cancer were collected before and after chemotherapy, and then 82 patients' clinical data after chemotherapy was selected to be further analyzed such as packet statistics, relationship network model and APRIORI association rules algorithm, two-stage cluster analysis, neural network data mining analysis. Results Average fasting blood glucose of patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy increased significantly com-pared to that before chemotherapy, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Chemotherapy regimen and the age had great rela-tionship with the blood glucose levels after chemotherapy; Fasting blood glucose of patients with non-small cell lung cancer under age 60 and DP chemotherapy have the maximum amount of increasing among all patients, while patients under EP had the minimum amount of in-creasing in fasting blood glucose; the influence factor of average fasting blood glucose for patients after chemotherapy ranking from strong to weak were chemotherapy, age, pathology and sex; Patients before chemotherapy mainly showed phlegm dampness and yin deficiency, while most patients after chemotherapy assumed two deficiency of Qi and blood, Qi Yin and Yang deficiency. Conclusion This paper used a va-riety of data mining methods to study the relationship between age, gender, pathology, chemotherapy, fasting blood glucose level and TCM syndrome types, and provide data support for clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
