Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of dietary nutrition management system in the nutrition management of tumor patients treated with chemotherapy. Methods 86 patients with malignant tumors treated by chemotherapy were divided into the observation group (n=43) and the control group (n=43) according to the random number table in our hospital from June 2006 to June 2017. The patients in control group were given dietary management system and the patients in observation group were given diet nutrition management system. The dietary malnutrition rate, the congnition of diet knowledge, the nutritional status and the quality of life before and after the intervention were compared between two groups. Results The awareness rate of disease knowledge of patients in observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the adverse reaction rate of patients in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of prealbumin, transferrin, hemoglobin and lymphocyte count, physical function, cognitive function, emo-tional function, social function and quality of life of patients in observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Con-clusion Diet nutrition management system can effectively improve the disease knowledge of tumor patients treated by chemotherapy, improve the nutritional status and quality of life, reduce the incidence of adverse diet.关键词
