Study of Innovation of Production-education Integration in Vocational Education in the View of Multiple System Logics
摘要
Abstract
At present, the integration of production and education of vocational education in China is in a pluralistic system environment, showing a state of spontaneous form, shallow, loose and low level. The logical conflict of multiple systems, such as government, school, market and culture, leads to the institutionalized plight of further promotion of the integration of production and education in vocational education. In the face of long-term and complicated conflicts of multiple institutional logics, the integration of production and education of vocational education can effectively integrate and manage multiple system logic conflicts, which will lead and support the transformation and development of industries, and promote the coordinated development of vocational education and economy and society through system innovation, main body behavior innovation, organizational form innovation, collaborative innovation, and other coping strategies.关键词
