大学生工匠精神培育的理论基础与现实观照
Theoretical Basis and Realistic Measures about Craftsman Spirit Cultivation of College Students
摘要
Abstract
At present, reinforcing the cultivation of craftsman spirit is not only the important develop strategy of China, but also a voice of the times. Based on the exploration of craftsman spirit cultivation in the world powerful manufacturing countries, especially combining with the modern apprenticeship, this paper expounds the core connotation and western theoretical basis of Craftsman Spirit Cultivation of College Students, including"field theory","morality"function theory,"value rationality"theory;"tacit knowledge"theory, the Protestant Ethic and so on. Accordingly, we should take system engineering thinking to further strengthen the craftsman spirit cultivation policy guarantee system in the realistic view; combine the cultivation of the craftsman spirit with the practice of the socialist core values closely; play the main role of college education in cultivating craftsman spirit, attract enterprises to deeply participate in the whole process of talent cultivation, and play the intermediary organization bridge role of industry associations.关键词
