Abstract
The construction of "double first-class" is a strategic decision to promote the connotative development of higher education in China. To promote the transformation of higher vocational education from scale to high-quality development, we need to take "double first-class" as the starting point to enhance its core competitiveness, education innovation, international and domestic influence and service contribution ability. At the same time, the construction of "double first-class" has provided a strong system guarantee for the innovation and development of higher vocational colleges and pointed out the goal of running a school and its development direction. Based on the"double first-class" construction requirements, higher vocational colleges should deepen the integration of industry and education on the basis of the cooperation between schools and enterprises; be oriented by characteristic development to enhance the competitiveness of education; be driven by innovation and promote the level of connotation development; be guided by "creating double first-class" to reform evaluation model; take "connotation construction" as the principle to enhance the ability of governance.关键词
