现代学徒制背景下高职隐性课程管理现状及对策
On Status of Hidden Curriculum Management and Its Countermeasures in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Modern Apprenticeship

Abstract
Modern apprenticeship is a new kind of vocational education system. The"double-subject"school-running,"double-identity"studying,"double- mentor"guidance,"double-field"teaching and"double-certificate"training are all playing an important role in realizing the combination of modern vocational education system and the modern labor system. However, behind the"five double", there appears a series of problems that influence the hidden curriculum management, such as the represented cooperation between school and enterprise, the complicated background of educatees, the heterogeneity of teacher quality, the different study environment and the standard evaluation. Based on this, some ways to improve the mode of the hidden curriculum management are put forward, for example, constructing by school and enterprise jointly unbounded access network platform to obtain hidden curriculum, making personalized accumulation target of hidden curriculum, forming interactive sharing environment of hidden curriculum, cultivating contextualized using wit of hidden curriculum and shaping characteristic path to innovate the hidden curriculum, and so on.关键词
