摘要

Abstract

How to promote teachers'professional development, making them to become an important forces for promoting construction of manufacturing power and cultivating technical and skilled talents, is an important challenge faced by the field of vocational education in China. The outstanding faculty in Australia have manifested their unique charm increasingly. This paper analyzes the process of professional development of the Australian vocational education teachers, and finds that Australia has formed the top-level design and policy guarantee at national level and the education and training system for vocational education teachers that is closely cooperated with industry and enterprise, has construed transboundary"dual quality teacher"development path, and has promoted continuously the guaranting and stimulating mechanism for teachers. The experience of Australia provides reference for the professional development of vocational education teachers in China.
