德国职教Q2E质量体系及其在职业院校质量诊改中的借鉴应用
Q2E Quality System of German Vocational Education and Its Application in Quality Diagnosis and Reform in Vocational Colleges of China
摘要
Abstract
By analyzing the 15 elements of process management in implementing Q2E quality mode as well as structure of Q2E quality management system and file system in Germany vocational education field, it is summarized that the Q2E quality management system has many significant advantages, such as good applicability and pertinence, sui generis and integrity, paying attention to process management, etc. German experience has been applied in China's quality diagnosis and reform of vocational colleges and the development of related standards for the quality management system.关键词
