摘要

Abstract

[Objective]To evaluate objectively and comprehensively the sensory quality of tobacco varieties in brand oriented base.[Method] Based on 16 flue-cured tobacco varieties planted in Yuxi cultivar garden in 2017,technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS) and grey relational analysis(GRA) were applied to comprehensively evaluate the sensory quality of different varieties.[Result] Dif-ferent evaluation methods showed that among the 16 varieties,the quality of Yunyan 87 was the best,and the CC27 was the worst.The Kappa value of the actual ranking results based on the formula demand and the TOPSIS method was 0.857,and the Kappa value of the evaluation result with the GRA method was 0.571.[Conclusion]The two comprehensive evaluation methods are basically consistent with the actual results.TOPSIS is closer to the actual results ranking.The research can provide a scientific basis for screening and sensory quality comprehensive evaluation based on the formulation demand.
