摘要
Abstract
Morels(Morchella spp.,Ascomycota) are a highly desired group of edible fungi with a worldwide distribution. They were appreciated for their flavour,medicinal and nutritional properties. There were extensive studies on the phylogeny,artificial cultivation and efficacy of morels in the world. We reviewed recent research progresses of species identification and health efficacy of the fungi,also discussed the potential issues remaining in the current research and application prospects.关键词
