摘要

Abstract

[Objective]To find suitable strains of wild edible fungi cultivated under poplar forests. [Method]Wild macrofungus under Populus alba forest collected from Mongolia Autonomous County,Fuxin City,Liaoning Province was isolated and the effects of different separation sites on mycelium growth were studied. The rDNA ITS sequences of mycelium were studied.[Result]The junction between the cap and stipe was the best separation site for the fungus. The rDNA ITS fragment was amplified by PCR, the length of the amplified product was 692 bp. The Blast comparison was performed between NCBI and a known strain in GenBank. The Query cover between sequence and Agaricus bitorquis (Quél.) Sacc was 97% to 100%,the idents were all 99%.[Conclusion]The identified strains belong to mushroom family,mushroom genus and Agaricus bitorquis.The study can provide the preparation of strains for the nest stage of poplar-edible fungus compound management.
