域外出版业外资准入立法规制对我国的启示
The Implications of Exterritorial Legislation of Admission of Foreign Investment in Publishing Industry for China
摘要
Abstract
To implement the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress and to hold the opportunity of development within the Belt and Road Initiative framework, the going-out strategy of publishing industry in China requires the improvement of legislation in admission of foreign investment. From the perspective of the mode and criteria of the lawmaking, this article analyzes the practice and legislation of different countries and summarizes some advanced experience for reference to China. It is more appropriate for Chinese legislation to learn from the approach in Canada and Singapore, to explicit the cultural interest factors for further consideration, to pursue mutual benefit and cooperation with a broad view of logic, and to strive for institutional innovation such as golden share.关键词
