摘要

Abstract

As the highest dam in the world,the high-core wall rockfill dam of Shuangjiangkou hydropower station in Dadu River has complicated geological condition with numerous geological information,which arise great difficulties for engineering exploration,design and construction.A 3D geological model is established on the basis of the geological prospecting information,aiming at solving these complicated engineering and geological problems.Based on the visual interaction techniques,such as texture mapping,collision detection and ray detection,three-dimensional spatial relationship analysis,virtual borehole analysis,and real-time cutting of arbitrary cross section are carried out.It shows that this research can achieve the linkage of effective information and mutual visualization analysis between 3D geological model and real geologic body.This method provides a foundation for engineering geology analysis and geological prediction,and improves the efficiency of engineering surveys,design,constructions and information management.
