摘要

Abstract

In order to measure the vibration characteristics of helicopter rotor accurately,a helicopter rotor vibration testing device based on accelerometer was designed,which mainly included acceleration sensor,A/D conversion module,wireless module,software processing and other parts.The vibration signal collected by the accelerometer was sent to the computer through the wireless device for data acquisition and processing.The calibration experiment and the turntable simulation experiment were also performed,and the required vibration characteristics (amplitude and vibration frequency) were obtained.The test results show that the design meets the vibration test requirements.
