摘要

Abstract

In order to meet the domestic high requirements for precision of board length deviation and diagonal deviation for glass cutting,a set of control system of glass cutting machine is designed based on Mitsubishi PLC.PLC was taken as the core,the plate length parameters were measured through the photoelectric encoder.the high speed counter module was equipped,the AC servo drives were controlled,the servo motor and the cutter for cutting were drived,the human-computer interaction interface was achieved through the touch screen,and all the required parameters setting were completed.The board length deviation is less than 0.5 mm,the diagonal deviation is less than 1 mm,so the working efficiency is improved.Through the test,the system is stable and reliable,and can satisfy the precision requirement of glass cutting.
