Abstract
Because of the poor working conditions of railway large-scale maintenance machinery,the traditional analog engine monitoring system has poor anti-interference ability,low precision,high price and large space when applied in the field.Relying on the existing mature CAN network platform of the company,a digital engine monitoring system based on CAN was designed.The principle of J1939 protocol was deeply analyzed,the software design scheme and the process were put forward and verified in the field loading.The results show that the system can real-time monitor engine status,diagnose the faults intelligently,and control reliably.It can meet the requiements of fully digital control field application of railway large machines in the future.关键词
