动车组中间车钩动态力学性能研究
Dynamic performance study of high speed EMUs intermediate coupler
摘要
Abstract
Taking the tight-lock coupler of a high speed EMUs as study object, the impact test of coupler buffer under the condition that the impact velocity was greater than 5 km/h was conducted. The relationship between the variation of the driving force and the amount of compression of the buffer with respect to time was analyzed, and the variation law of the dynamic characteristics of the buffer was analyzed. The experimental results show that with the increase of the collision speed, the time of each return of the buffer is shorter; Under the same impact velocity, the compression ratio of the moving end buffer is larger than that of the static end buffer ; In the process of the real collision bumper is not fully the same as loading curve, the collision speed within a certain range, with the collision speed, the loading curve will increase, when the impact velocity exceeds the critical, as the collision speed, loading curve will correspondingly decrease. The characteristic curves of the buffer obtained by the collision test and drop hammer test are compared. It is proved that it is necessary to obtain the dynamic characteristic curve of the buffer by collision test. The research results provide reference and basis for the further dynamic simulation of coupler.关键词
