Test and analysis of supporting system for 32 m concrete box girder in passenger dedicated line

Abstract
At present, the supporting systems of 32 m cast-in-place concrete box girder of the passenger dedicated line in China were designed separately according to the actual situation due to there was no fixed structure form. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to put forward a kind of supporting system which is adaptive, easy processing and economical. For a new type of cast-in-place supporting system applying in the practical engineering, the preloading test and finite element analysis are carried out. By the comparative analysis of the results, the p-δ curves and p-σ curves for the loading and unloading process of the cast-in-place supporting system are drew. The rationality of the supporting system is verified. The residual deformation value was obtained. Then the adjustment of camber value of supporting system is designed, and the improvement measures are put forward. Foundation has been laid for perfecting the supporting system structure and spreading its application.关键词
