干湿循环作用下红页岩静态力学特性研究
Study on static mechanical properties of red shale under dry-wet circulation

Abstract
In order to study the static mechanical properties of red shale under dry-wet cycles, the uniaxial compression test of red shale with different dry-wet cycles was carried out by INSTRON1346 servo-controlled stiff testing machine and PCI-2 acoustic emission instrument. The experimental results show that the stress-strain curve of the red shale specimen can be divided into four stages: the micro-crack compaction stage; the elastic deformation stage; the plastic deformation stage; the destruction stage. After one dry-wet cycle, the uniaxial compressive strength and the elastic modulus E of the specimen decreased significantly, and then it was gradually stabilized with the increasing dry-wet cycles. The acoustic emission (AE) cumulative energy and AE cumulative ringing count decreased significantly. The more cycles of the specimen are subjected to, the smaller the accumulated energy and accumulated ringing counts will be. The failure mode of the specimen is transformed from elastic-brittle to elastic-plastic status.关键词
