Abstract
In order to avoid the high temperature of hydration heat and obtain the time history law of the maglev box beam in the construction process, a real-time monitoring of the box girder is conducted besides the finite element calculation. Appropriate control measures also were taken to reduce the influence of hydration heat temperature. The measurement and calculation results show that this calculation method can obtain the hydration heat temperature of the construction process. The measured results agree with the theoretical calculations well. The hydration heat temperature experienced a relatively rapid temperature rise stage and a slow temperature drop stage. The stress of the box girder is compression inside the section and tension outside the section at the beginning. The stress state is contrary to the beginning after pouring for 100 hours. Taking effective maintenance, selecting the appropriate formwork removal time is necessary to avoid the early crack due to hydration heat temperature.关键词
